1. Who we are

Holistic Agent is a sub-brand of Uncover SEO, operated by Sanjeeb Basnet. Our contact email is sanjeeb@uncoverseo.com. We are based in the United Kingdom.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following data:

• Account data: email address, business name, website URL, and industry when you sign up.
• Conversation data: messages exchanged between website visitors and your AI agents.
• Knowledge base data: documents you upload to train your agents.
• Usage data: message counts, token usage, and analytics.
• Payment data: processed securely via Stripe. We never store card details.
• Course certificate data: if you pass an exam on our free course, we collect your name and work email (company and role are optional) so we can issue your certificate. See section 5a for how this is used and retained.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve our AI agent services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, usage alerts).
• Generate anonymised usage analytics.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase (database and authentication) — EU data hosting
• Anthropic (AI language model) — for powering agent conversations
• Stripe (payments) — PCI-compliant payment processing
• Vercel (hosting) — application hosting and delivery

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.

Chat conversations between website visitors and your AI agent are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days of inactivity on that conversation. You can also delete any individual conversation immediately at any time from your dashboard.

5a. Free course certificates

Our free course issues a certificate of completion when you pass an exam. To issue it, we ask for your name and work email, with company and role optional. This is a legitimate-interest transaction to deliver the certificate you have just earned — it is not conditional on marketing consent, and the certificate is issued whether or not you tick the separate, unticked marketing opt-in box.

If you tick the marketing opt-in, we add you to our mailing list for course and product updates; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails or by contacting us. If you do not tick it, we do not add you to any marketing list.

Certificate records (name, email, company, role, exam level and score) are retained for up to 3 years so we can verify a certificate if asked, then deleted. You can request earlier erasure or a copy of your data at any time by emailing sanjeeb@uncoverseo.com.

6. Your rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data
• Restrict processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone. This immediately cancels any active subscription and removes your agents, conversations, knowledge base, blog posts, and uploaded media. 7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
