Why we built Holistic Agent for our own agency first
This is a genuine account of why and how Uncover SEO — the agency behind Holistic Agent — uses these same agents internally. There are no client testimonials or third-party reviews here yet; we don't have any. This is our own story, told honestly.
The problem
Running an SEO agency involves the same shape of admin work, repeated for every client: onboarding notes turned into a welcome email and checklist, a proposal drafted from a discovery call, audit findings organised into something a client can read, monthly numbers turned into a report, and invoices raised for completed work. None of it is difficult. All of it is repetitive, and all of it competes for the same hours as the actual client work.
Why we built agents for it, not just templates
A template is fixed. The rough notes from a real kickoff call rarely fit a template cleanly — there's always a slightly unusual scope, an odd budget note, a detail that a rigid form drops on the floor. An agent that can read messy, real input and structure it properly handles the actual variation the work has, not just the tidy version of it.
The seven agents we use internally
These map directly to the "Run the Business" lane on our agent demos page — you can try the exact same agents yourself, under generic names, or switch the page to "Uncover SEO" view to see them under the names we actually use them for.
- Client Onboarding — Turning a kickoff call's rough notes into a welcome email and task checklist
- Proposal Generation — Drafting a structured proposal outline from a prospect's needs and budget
- SEO Audit Prep — Organising scattered audit notes into a clean, structured outline
- Technical Reporting — Turning raw technical notes into plain-language client summaries
- GBP Management — Drafting optimised Google Business Profile descriptions and categories
- Monthly Reporting — Turning raw monthly numbers into a narrative client report
- Invoicing — Structuring completed work into a clean invoice summary
What we can honestly say right now
We're early in using these internally ourselves, so we're not going to invent a percentage saved or a client quote we don't have. What we can say plainly: every one of these seven workflows was a real, recurring task inside our own agency before it was a product feature, and we built each agent to solve the specific version of the problem we actually had — not a generic version aimed at looking impressive in a demo. As we accumulate real usage and real numbers, we'll update this page with what actually happened, not before.
Try it yourself
Every agent mentioned here is live and running — the same infrastructure your business would use, not a mockup. Try any of them without an account, or read who built this and why.
